Due to the sensitive and customized nature of our work, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

1. No Refund After Payment
Once a user has completed the payment process, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies whether or not the user has submitted their genomic data after payment.

2. No Cancellation After Data Submission
After a user uploads or shares their genomic data with us, the order is considered final and non-cancellable. The analysis process begins shortly after submission and cannot be undone.

3. Non-Delivery Due to Incomplete User Action
If a user fails to provide the necessary data or information required to generate the report, and does not respond to reminders for more than 30 days, the order will be marked ascompleted and no refund will be processed.

4. Errors in Submitted Data
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused due to:
– Incorrect or corrupted genomic files
– Wrong file formats

– Incomplete data submissions

No refund or cancellation will be provided in such cases.

5. Service Discretion
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if we suspect misuse or violation of our platform policies. In such rare cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Oncofit Solutions Pvt. Ltd..
