Tarba and Oncofit Solutions Pvt. Ltd. do not assume any liability for:
– Adverse outcomes resulting from the use of our recommendations.
– Errors in user-submitted genomic data.
– Misinterpretation or misuse of the report content.
By using the Platform, you agree that you understand and accept this limitation.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
– Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
– Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes;
– Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or misuse the algorithms or reports provided.
